Career > Job = Know the Difference

I am a 19 year old opinionated FEMALE!
Now i want to know why people in the age range of 18-35 male/female seems to NOT know the difference between a STEADY JOB! and a successful Career!

My Cousin had been quoted many times on his twitter stating:
"I want a women with an Career"

And as soon as he post this, A FLOCK OF BIRDS reply.
Moments later he responds:
Ladies i said CAREER not JOB!

Here is the difference:

Job:

Usually need no experience
You Application is Online
You get no benefits
You hate waking up to go
You stay in front of a computer all day with little productivity
You are not making a difference
9-5
Usually an hourly pay
Stepping Stone

Career:

Had a long long long list of jobs leading up to it
Many Interviews
Benefits
YOU LOVE doing what your paid for
You earn a Yearly Salary
Your making a difference in your Field

Now let me say this ONCE
ANYONE CAN HAVE A JOB!

Not EVERYONE will have a CAREER in their whole lifetime!

A career takes work and drive.

Females step your game up. Do not sit around working meaningless jobs, do better!
Males stop MAKING EXCUSES! Find your NICHE! make PROGRESSION!

Idk why it bothers me so much it just does.
This generation is very divided.
There are those who are in school to get a JOB! and
Then there are those who are here to get the foundation to start a CAREER!

That is me and my select group of friends. We are no just taking classes! we are making movements!

We will make it. Will YOU?!
